Welcome to my birdwatching photographs. Please feel free to comment either good or bad; it's the only way I'll learn anything.

I started off digiscoping but like many others have now progressed to DLSR camera starting with a Canon 350d then moving to a Canon 40d. I switched mainly as the rear viewing screen was larger on the 40d and with my eyes failing rapidly, I've a better chance of seeing a bad photo before I download it!

As well as changing cameras, I've also changed my lens to a Canon 400 f5.6. Here's hoping my new combinations start to produce some good shots too.

About Me

Working full time Monday thru Friday so I try to get out at the weekends and enjoy this wonderful past time of Birdwatching.

	Salisbury Plain This visit was to see how the Great Bustard Project was being managed. The bonus was the pair of Stone Curlew with chicks. The site is very sensitive with the only access being via a pre booked visit.
